Aims and Scope

The Libyan International Medical University Journal (LIMUJ) is an official journal of the Libyan International Medical University (LIMU). 

It is an international peer-reviewed fully online medical journal publishing research articles related to basic, allied, and clinical medical sciences. The journal aims to provide a platform for researchers and clinicians to share their latest findings and insights in the field of medical sciences in ways that will improve patients’ outcomes. The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version of the articles. The journal does not charge for the submission, processing, or publication of manuscripts.

LIMUJ coverage includes anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, pathology, and genetics. LIMUJ also publishes articles related to allied medical sciences such as medical laboratory, radiologic technology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nutrition. Additionally, the journal covers clinical medical sciences of various specialties, including internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, oncology, cardiology, and psychiatry. 

LIMUJ welcomes original articles, review articles, case studies, short communications, editorials, technical notes, pictorial essays, commentaries etc on the above-mentioned topics.
