Description
This book provides a comprehensive survey of the importance of blood platelets for coronary heart diseases. It gives both research workers and clinicians an insight into the function of thrombocytes and the significance of platelets in the clinical framework of coronary heart diseases in order to create an understanding of the differntiated use of antithrombocytic principles.
The first part is dedicated to the function of platelets hemostasis and their connections with coagulation cascades. Further sections are devoted to the current methods in the functional diagnostics of thrombocytes.
